Corrections Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Accuracy is the whole product. When we get something wrong, we fix it in the open — this page explains how to tell us, and what happens next.
How to report an error
Email the news desk at taazapulsepk@gmail.com with:
- the link to the page or story,
- the line or fact you believe is wrong, and
- the correct information, and where you saw it (an official notification, a court order, a mainstream report).
You can also use the contact page. Tips about errors are read by the desk that published the story.
What we do
- We verify first. A correction is applied when the correct information is confirmed against an official or mainstream source — the same standard as the original story.
- We fix the page. The wrong fact is corrected in the article itself, not just in a note elsewhere.
- We say what changed. A material correction carries an update note on the page recording what was wrong and when it was fixed, and the story's updated date is shown with its byline.
- Small slips — a typo or formatting error that does not change meaning — are fixed without a note.
Updates vs corrections
News develops: a figure is revised, a court sets a new date, a party issues a fresh statement. Those are updates, marked as such on the story. A correction is for something we published that was wrong at the time. Both are labelled on the page — neither is done silently.
Our standards
Corrections sit inside our wider editorial policy: verify before publishing, attribute what cannot be confirmed, and never invent. If we fall short, this page is your remedy.
